Theta Safety Limits on X-Axis

The axX values define the Right (see Figure 8-12) and Left (see Figure 8-
13) X-limits respectively.
The left limit is more critical for systems that use Autoloader option and
square cutting chucks, because the frame/chuck can damage the curtain
between the Model 7100 and the Autoloader.
