Example: Invoice Handling

Invoice The administrator wants to send the following information with the

scanned image (as specified in the “Invoice” example above):

The information is associated with the destination. When a destination

with associated Meta Information is selected the user will be prompted

to enter the requested information. The XML DD file generates the

required messages (1 to 3) in this example.

1. Invoice Number

2. Date of Payment

3. Name of Orderer

In this example the information is associated with the “Accounts” or

“Orderer” destination. The XML DD file generates the required display

messages (1 to 5) in this example.
