Study the video quality, and the available MPEG 4
applications carefully before choosing this standard.
Today the MPEG 4 standard gives no benefi t to the user
compared to MPEG 2.

are highly recommended. They are well-known,
widely-used, international standards that offer
high-quality video.

All video compression standards, except Motion-JPEG, use the technique of mixing still images with images just containing differences from other images. This
reduces the amount of data when the main part of the scene is constant.
